2. Align

Once you see clearly, the next step is to reconnect with what matters. This is where alignment begins. With a focus on your internal compass.


  • Your values
  • Your priorities
  • Your sense of direction


This stage helps you identify, 'what matters most in this situation', and just as importantly, 'what does not'.

Here, your options being to shift, some start to feel more aligned, while others may begin to fall away.


3. Decide

With clarity and alignment in place, you are ready to choose.

This is where you explore your options more deliberately and with the new perspective. This is where you find answers to:

  • What are the real options available to me
  • What are the likely outcomes
  • Which options feel right to both your head and your heart.

This stage is not to find a perfect choice, but to make a conscious one. 

4. Commit

Decisions become meaningful only when they lead to commitment.

A decision represents intention, while commitment transforms intention into action.

  • Focuses on the ownership that needs to follow a decision
  • Willingness to stand behind a Choice
  • Be it moving forward into action, reflection, or even stillness.

This is where progress begins, creating outcomes from small committed aligned actions.
